It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance that we announce the promotion to glory of Joseph Karanja Thiga. He was the son of the late Peter Thiga Muigai and Jane Wanjiru Thiga.

He was husband to Rose Muthoni & Catherine Njoki. He was father to Jane Wanjiru Ng’ang’a of Joska Enterprises (Thika), DavidThiga of Karathi Construction, Wilson Mwangi of Wilsar Automobile, Mary Njeri (USA), Jacob Muigai of Jamka Ventures (Thika), Ann Wangari Kiambi (USA), Julius Maina of Maina J.Transporters, Michael Njuguna of Blessed Auto Spares, Mercy Wanjiku Karanja (USA), Lucy Keith (USA), Nancy Nduta Meek (USA), Olive Wanjiru Mbungu (Nairobi), Everline Waithera (Nairobi) and Moses Thiga (Thika).

He was father-in-law to Joseph Ng’ang’a Burton, Joan Njambi Thiga, Ruth Wanjiku Muigai, Ruth Wanjiku Mwangi, Esther Wanjiru Maina, Triza Wambui Njuguna, Leonard Kiambi, Meek, Eng. Erick Castro Bungu and others.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his Rwathe Home as well as his Maboromoko I and Happy Valley residences in Thika for prayers and funeral arrangements. A common meeting shall be held Today, Thursday 19th November at Shuhan Hotel in Thika town from 5pm.

The cortege shall leave Umash Funeral Home on Saturday 21 November 2020 at 8.30 am for Funeral Service and interment at his home in Rwathe, village, Mung’aria Sub-location, Kandara Sub-county, in Murang’a County.
