JOSEPH MUDAMBI KOLA (M.B.S) RETIRED DEPUTY COMMISSIONER OF POLICE

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of our family patriarch Joseph Mudambi Kola, which occurred on 13th October, 2021.

Son of the late Peter Kola and Lufina Lubaluli. Loving husband to the late Clementine Muchiti, the late Serila Abuti and Rebecca Aloo. Father to Faustus Kola (Rtd W.0.1), Jenipher Ambeva, Catherine Mangala (former)y T.P.U), the late Alice Mutuli, Johnstone Kola (R.C.I.0.N/Eastern), Judy Nyongesa (Deputy O.C.P.D, Makadara), Evans Kola (Afya Sacco, Nrb), Christine Kola (0.C.P.D, Narok West), Priscah Kola (Kakoyi Primary), Francis Kola, (Eregi Mixed), Jean Kweyu (ZULMAC), Maryanne Kola (D.C.I, Kajiado), the late Kevin Kola and Diana Kola.

Father-in-law to Jafred Nyongesa (N.S.I.S), Evans Ambeva, Josiah Mangala (U.O.N), the late Wellington Mutuli, Benard Kweyu, Emmanuel Shivachi (Manu), Redempta, Agnes (Western Region Police Hqs), Janefaith (Principal, Eregi Special), Naserian and Maureen.

Brother to the late Konzeli, Angelina, Mikoli, Makhungu. Uncle to many. Brother-in-law to Paulina, Mwanje, Ambayi, the late Charles, Joseph Eshitemi, Esther, Julia, the late Shisero, Selah, Owano, Zakayo, Dorina and the late Kepha. Grandfather to Dennis, Bibiana, Josephine, Caroline, JM, Benard, Mercy, Lynn, Gentrix, Ronald, Diana, Zena, Lavinnah, Lucy, Gibson, Cecilia, Philip, Maximillah, Kezia, Nickson, Joseph, Henry, Willie, Michelle, Deno, Joyrebecca, JM, Gift, Tembesi, Dan, Leavy, Reagan, Hope, Naomi, Sammy, Tembesi, Mudambi, Johnny, Jude, Derrick, Esther, Faith, Dalton, Yvonne, Collins and Irene. He has left behind 25 great-grandchildren, the oldest being Walter and the youngest being Yana.

A memorial service will be on Saturday 30th October, 2021, at Eregi Teachers College Grounds, starting at 8.30am. Burial will follow thereafter at their ancestral home in Malamu village, at 2.00pm.
