It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mrs Julia Waruguru Gikungi. Daughter of late Solomon Githendui Githae and Loise Wambura Githendui, late Charity Wakariti Githendui and late Beth Ng’ondu Githendui.

Mother to Kenneth Murimi and Margaret Wambui, Edwin Muriithi and Beatrice Wanjiru, Eng. Elephas Kangangi and Catherine Waithira, Smith Patrick Murage and Rose Nyawira, Tom Gitahi and Winfred Wanjiku. Grandmother to Antony, Julian, Alex, Alfred, Julia Muriithi, Dennis, Collins, Julie Gitahi, Lenny, Ian and foster grandmother to Joshua Great grandmother to Melvin,Alvin; Quinn, Kate and foster great grandmother to Jayden.

Sister to late Evan Mutugi and the late Njeri Mutugi, the late Jerusha Njenga and the late Jack Njenga, Douglas Kibara and the late Jecinta Wambui, Peninah Muthoni and Samuel Njuguna, Elizabeth Wambui and the late Geoffrey Muriuki, Michael Githae and Jane Githae, Godfrey Karanga and Magdalyne Karanga, Nancy Wanjiru and Timothy Kiura, Bancy Wangu and the late Simon Gatimu. Rachel Githae, Florence Githae, Gathoni Macharia and Dr. S K Macharia, Catherine Kagio and the late Peter Mathenge, Amb. Family arid friends are meeting at her home, every day at Umbui-Mukithi, Baricho-Kirinyaga County for funeral arrangements at 4.30pm.

The cortege leaves Kibugi Funeral Home – Kutus at 9.00am on Wednesday, 23rd December 2020 and the funeral service will be held at ACK St.. Phillips Baricho at 10.30am.Thereafter, the burial ceremony will take place at her home in Umbui-Mukithi, Baricho, Kirinyaga County.
