MAGDALENA SENEWA KAURRAI

It is with profound sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Magdalena Senewa Kaurrai, that occurred on Thursday 9th March, 2023, arising from a heart attack. She hailed from Kiserian, Kaurrai Road.

Wife of former Councillor John Kaurrai.

Daughter of the late Joseph Goko and the late Antonieta.

Mother of Christine Kaurrai, Maria Kaurrai (KPA – Mombasa), Peter Kaurrai, Joseph Kaurrai, Patrick Kaurrai, Gabriel Kaurrai and George Kaurrai.

Sister of the late Gabriel, the late Jacob, the late Jithi, the late Karoki, the late Susana and the late Andrew. She was a grandmother of 34 children and great-grandmother of 21 children.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her home Kiserian, Kaurrai Road at 4.00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on Saturday the 18th March 2023 at 9.00am. Thereafter, she will be laid to rest at former Councillor Kaurrai’s home in Kiserian.
