It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Major Julius Khamalishi Khalwale of Kenya Army Headquarters, Nairobi Son To Alphonce Mbinjikhane and Elsheba Mbone which occurred on 14th May 2020 at Defence Forces Memorial Hospital Nairobi after a short illness.

Beloved husband of Violet M Khamalishi. Doting father of Maureen Abukwa, Stella Mukalani, Sheldon Khalwale, Eugene Isalambo and Neville Muchesea. Dear brother of Bishop Rosebella Manguya, Mukanda, Indasi, Khalwale, lchingwa, Masitsa, Shilwatso and Kuya. Loving Grandfather of Brian, Derrick and Trevor. Uncle of Graham, Beulah, Bilha, Grandeur among others. He had a lot of friends. Father-in-law of Joel Okwako.

The cortege leaves Memorial Morgue in Nairobi on Friday 22 May 2020 at 6.00 am. The first stop will be at his ancestral home in Malinya (Shirumba Village) for body viewing then proceed to Rosterman Village, Shirere Sub-Location, Bukhungu Location, Kakamega County for burial on Saturday 23 May 2020.
