We celebrate the life of our matriarch Mama Domtila Aduda Apopa.

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of the Lord’s will that we announce the passing on of our beloved Mama Domtila Aduda Apopa. Wife of the late Philip Leo Apopa of Siaya County, Ugenya Sub County, Ukwala Location Simur Kondiek Sub-Location, which occurred on Tuesday 8th June 2021.

Daughter of the late Andrea and the late Maria Amoth. Mother to Apostle George Apopa of Global Gospel Mission Church, the late Maurice Apopa, the late Joseph Otieno Apopa, The late Lynnah Apopa, Benedette Ogot (USA), the late Elizabeth Aloo, the late Rose Apopa, Dr. Patrick Apopa (USA), Dr. Vincensia Apopa of National Construction Authority, the late Francis Apopa, the late Maria Onyango, Joseph Apopa, Colleta Apiyo, Joan Mumbo, Gaudensia Apopa, the late Magret Akoth, the late Consolata Atieno, the late Thomas Ofafa Apopa, Beatrice Makayoto, Elizabeth Ogwago, Domnic Apopa, the late Everlyne Onduru, Paul Apopa, Thomas Apopa, Boniface Apopa, the late Beatrice Apopa, Robert Apopa, Monica Apopa, Eunice Watanga, the late Carolyne Apopa, Julias Apopa, Jane Apopa, John Apopa, Celestine Apopa, Alex Apopa, Lawrence Apopa, Joyce Apopa, Mary Apopa, the late Millicent Apopa, Fredrick Apopa, Henry Apopa,Vitalis Apopa, Vincent Apopa, Leonard Apopa, Bonface Apopa.

Sister in law to the late John Leo, the late Clementina Msingo, the late Nicholas Ogutu, the late Merselus Ochieng, the late Casmil Ahawo, the late Lucas Otieno, the late Josaphat Leo. Aunty to Anita Otete-Ayuka, Tom Otete, and Andrew Otete, Domnic Muga, Christopher Muga, Baron Muga, Paul Onyango, Andrew Amoth.

Mother in law to Apostle Tabitha Onyango, Dorcas Oteke, Elizabeth Otieno, Jackline Nyakiamo (USA) Mary Onyango, Immaculate Onyango. Mother in-law to Mathew Ogwago (USA), Justus Ogeka, Paul Okeyo. Loving Grandmother to Churchil, Andrew, Monica, Hillary, Victor, Glory, Alfred, Johnmary, Veronica, Frank, Sharon, Aphline, Milla, Ronald, Tilah, Joy, Rubby, Christian, Lavin, Ashley, Norbert, Ardo, Imani Leo, Philip Apopa, Baraka Ofafa, Damien Otieno, Tylah Aduda and many other great grand children.

The requiem mass will be held on Thursday 1st July 2021 at Holy Family Basilica from 2.30 pm, thereafter the body will be taken to Montezuma and Monalisa Funeral Home.

The burial will be held on 3rd July 2021 in Siaya County, Ugenya Sub County, Ukwala Location Simur Kondiek Sub-Location.
