MAMA ESTHER MUKONYO MUUNDE

It is with sadness that the family of Paul Muunde and the greater Kaveva family inform you of the promotion to glory of Mama Esther Mukonyo Muunde on Wednesday, 1st June 2022 at Mbooni Sub County Hospital. She hailed from Ndueni Village, Nzeveni, Mbooni Sub County.

She was daughter to the late Mwanzi and the late Koki. She was the wife of Paul Muunde Kilonzo and mother to Beatrice Nthambi, Ruth Mutheki, Agnes Kithue, Reuben, Ndeto, ohnson, Mbondo (USA), Dr. Josephine Katile, Henry Mumo, Fredrick Musyoka, and the late Eunice Syombua. She was mother-in-law to Patricia, Joyce, late Malila, Judy, Trine, Meshack, Francis, Charles, and late Dr. Sesi.

She was sister to the late Mwikali, late Nzuve, late Joseph Muia, late Mutungi, late Makewa, late Ndambuki, late ltumbi, late Mutua, and Esther Ndulu. Step Mukonyo Muunde sister to Raphael Mwanzi, the late Jones Mwanzi, Alice Mumbua, Theresia Mutheu, late Sammy, Ali, late David, and late Joel. She had 50 grandchildren, 131 great grandchildren, and 11 great great grandchildren.

Daily meetings are ongoing at her home and at Garden Square, Nairobi to plan for the burial.

There will be a fundraiser today 9th June, 2022 at Garden Square Restaurant starting at 6.00p.m.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Monalisa Mortuary, Machakos on Saturday, 11th June 2022 at 8.00 a.m.The funeral service will be conducted at the Kasarani Sports Ground, Ndueni, at 10.00 am and thereafter burial at her home (Ndueni).
