MAMA LUCIA MUSAU MUTETI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mama Lucia Nzasi Musau Muteti which occurred on 13th November 2020.
Wife to the late Nicholas Musau Muteti (Miluku). Daughter of the late Joseph Muteti Kitali and Magdaline Nthambi. Daughter-in-law to the late Timothy Muteti and Elizabeth Syuwia. Sister to Margaret Kanini, Alfonce Kilo, the late Anastacia Nduku and Teresia Vincent. Mother of Prof. John Muteti, Dr. Geneva Musau, Alfred Kiio, Henry Muteti and Maurice Mwendwa. Mother-in-law to Penina Nzembi, Leonard Mutuku, Zipporah Nthenya and Irene Mutheu. Sister in law to Thomas Muteti, Susan Kiio and Agnes Kilo. She was Grandmother to Kelvin Muteti, Kennedy Muteti, Lilian Koki, Ian Mutuku, Cosmas Kilo, Nelson Kilo, Prosper Kiio, Jewel Jelagat, Nigel Musau, Innocent Mwendwa and Geneva Nzasi. She was Great Grandmother to Jazmine Pendo Zuri Oyuke and an Aunt to many.
Mass will be at Mbitini Catholic Church starting at 11am and the burial thereafter at her home in Iteta Sub-Location, Mulala Location, Mulala Division, Nzaui Sub-County, Makueni County on Saturday 21st November 2020

Am grieved to learn that my former teacher at Tutini primary school had passed on. So sad to learn when it’s too late. She is the one who took me to mulala secondary school at my tender age. She accommodated me at their family home near mulala secondary school the two years I schooled at Mulala. May she continue Resting in Paradise.
