With humility and humble acceptance of God’s will we announce the passing on of Mama Lusariah Mokeira Oeta on 1st February, 2022 at St. Catherine Ichuni Mission Hospital Keroka.

Daughter to Mzee Gisore Mboga and Mama Nyasigogo.Co-wife to Mama Betsuah Nyanchama. Sister to Moraa, Mose, Bosire, Obanyi and others. Sister-in-law to Nyanganyi, Moraa, Nyakerario, Oeta, Keremensia, Nyangau, Late Nyasita, Late Pacificah, Late Osugo and Late Ongera. Loving mother to Mary Kamanda, Samson Asande (formerly at Shanzu TTC), Charles Nyakundi, George Ongaga Oeta (USA), Hellen, Nyakundi, Florence, Josphine, Rael, jane,Teresa, Late Martha and David.

Step mother to James, Isabella, Richard, Bernard, Ruth, Bisieri, Lameck and Daniel. Mother-in-law to Rebecca, Zipporah, Moragwa, Evelyne, Jane, Migika and others. Her son-in-laws are Kamanda, Late Nyamongo, Mokweri, Francis Mensire, Mongare, Momanyi Obuchi and Andrew Mayaka. Korera to Matundura, Orango, Omwoyo, Mayaka, Late Obuchi, Mensire, Atosi, Nduko, Kebira and Osamo. Grandmother to Wilkins, the Mocheres, the Peters, Duke, Justus, Brian, Esther, Agrain, the Judys, the Calorines, Job and others.

Funeral arrangements are going on at her home in Echoro Central village, Enchoro sub-location, Bosamaro East location, Nyamira South Sub-county, Nyamira County and in Kisii (Gesonso) and Nyamira (Amazon Hotel).

The body is lying at St Catherine Mission Hospital Keroka.

Burial date will be communicated later.
