It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Margaret Atieno Otana Macharia, the beloved wife of Elder Samwel Macharia Ng’ang’a (SCDE Maara Sub-County, Tharaka Nithi County) on 04/11/2020 at Mediheal Hospital Nakuru after a short illness.

Mother of Lynn Wanjiru, the late Ian Kimani, Lyon Emmanuel Macharia and the late Isaac Njuguna. Daughter of the late John Oyugi Otana and the late Elizabeth Michere Otana of Jimo Olwalo village in Nyakach Constituency. Sister of Bancy Otana, Josephine Otana Mariara, the late George Otana, Jimmy Otana, the late Vladmil Otana, Josphat Otana, Weneslay Otana and Ludmil Otana. Daughter-in-law of the late Naomi Wanjiru. Sister-in-law of Geoffrey Njuguna, Grace Wangari, the late Samuel Kangethe, Daniel Kimani, Ruth Nyambura and the late Esther Wanjeri. Aunty of Oby Tylene Otana, Winnie Kagure, Nicole Otana, Glen Otana, Ian Mariara, Leon Otana , Rhoney Otana, Evet Otana, Rite Otana, Lavine Mariara, Favour Oyugi, Daryl Otana, Kyla Otana and Banice Michere.

The Cortege will leave P.N. Ngare Funeral Home on Wednesday 11/11/2020 at 9:00 am for a Church service at PCEA IMANI CHURCH LANET UMOJA PARISH and thereafter for interment at her Home in Lanet Umoja II.

Friends are meeting for prayers and funeral arrangements at PCEA IMANI CHURCH LANET UMOJA II at 4:30 pm daily.
