MARTHA ANYANGO ANDANG’O OUMA

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Martha Anyango Andang’o Ouma, Principal Oyugi Ogango Girls Secondary on November 17th, 2020.

Daughter of the late Mzee Samuel Andang’o and late Mama Tabitha Ngare Andang’o of Kamagambo, Rongo. Loving wife of Philip Ouma (formerly Kemri-Kisumu). Beloved mother of Edwin, Victor, Allan and Tabitha (doti). Mother in law to Diana, Winnie and Susane. Grandma of Jayden, George, Karl, Christine, Esther, Maya, and Martha. Sister to Naphtali, Justus, the late George Ombogo, late Philemon Andango, the late Perez, Janet, the late Florence, the late Richard, among others. Daughter in-law to the late Silvans Bondo and the late mama Roselia Abong’o of Kambija. Sister in-law to Peter, Lucas, Matthew, Dominic, the late Lawrence, and the late Okeyo. Aunty, cousin, friend, and mentor to many.

The cortege leaves Rosewood funeral home in Rongo on Thursday 3rd December 2020 for prayers and service at Oyugi Ogango Secondary. Thereafter, the cortege will proceed to her home, and the funeral service will be on Friday 4th December 2020 at Opapo center, opposite Opapo secondary school, next to Victory SDA in Migori county from 10am.
