MARTHA NALIAKA OKETCH

29th May 1989 – 21st November 2020

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Martha Naliaka Oketch, who was a nurse at Bungoma County Referral Hospital, on 21st November 2020 after a short illness.

Daughter of Lucy Nasiebanda Wambati, Retired Senior Teacher and Mr Mathew Kalidas Oketch. Sister to Paul Wandera (Namibia), George Oketch and Victor Kakai. A loving niece, cousin and a friend to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily for prayers and funeral arrangements at her home in Makutano Kanduyi every evening starting 5pm.

There will be a funds drive to meet the burial costs at their home in Makutano on Wednesday 25th November 2020 from 5pm.

The cortege will leave Lifecare Mortuary on Friday, 27th November 2020 at 2.00pm for a night vigil at home. A funeral service will be held at home in Makutano White Rose Lusanjela B village in Kanduyi on 28th November 2020 and thereafter she will be laid to rest at the same venue.
