It is with humble acceptance of Godi will to announce the demise of Mary Njeri Ndungu which occurred on 22/5/2020 at Nairobi Hospital.

She was the daughter of the late Bernard Njoroge Kimani and late Keziah Wanjiku Njoroge. Loving wife of the late Zachary Joseph Ndung’u. Mother of Jane Wanjiru Kyalo (Kathiani), John Karanja Ndung’u, Anne Wanjiku Ndung’u (USA) and Samuel Njoroge Ndung’u (USA). Sister to Mineh Kabura Njoroge, Lydia Wanjiku Muchai, Mary Wairimu Wanyoike, Eunice Wangari Chege, Loise Wanjiru Sayare, Njoki and Magaret Wambui Gachoka.

Mother in law to George Kyalo Wambua and Nancy Njeri Njoroge. Aunty to Joyce Wangari, Isaac Wamai, Njoroge Mairu, Ben Njoroge, Sofia Sayare and Gathoni Njoroge and many others.

Grandmother to Victor and Carol, Ndung’u and Liz, Faith, the late Bryan, Kevin, Alex, Sarah, Muthoni, Ndungu, Ngamini and Great grandmother to Jude.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa funeral home along Mbagachi road Nairobi on Friday 29th May, 2020 at 9.30 am and thereafter a funeral service and burial at Langata cemetery.

Mary you have fought a good fight and have finished the race. May your soul rest in peace.
