It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of QS Mary Wangui Muhuri, Lately a Senior QS at Public Works Department Nakuru County, which occurred on 4th October, 2021 after a short illness.

Loving Wife of Godfrey Muhuri Muikamba. Daughter of the late Wilson Gichanga Karanja and Joyce Wangeci Gichanga. Daughter-in-law of the late Jesse Muikamba and the late Monica Ngoru. Mother to Monica Ngoru, Joyce Wangeci and Chris Jesse Muikamba. Grandmother to Adrian Maina and Reagan Githinji.

Sister to Capt. (Rtd) James & Purity G. Karanja, Dr. Dorcas & Githaiga (USA), Eunice &Thuo, Macharia & Regina, Waiyego, Wambui & Kamau, Wanjiru & Itegi, Wanjiku (Australia), Ptr. Sammy & Maureen Maina of AGC and Waithera. Sister-in-law to Pauline & Bishop Emeritus Njoka, Jane Nduta, Naomi Wangui, Peter Njenga, Geofrey Mugo, Hosea Gathu, and the late Samuel hlungai. Cousin to many.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home, Nakuru on Tuesday 12th October, 2021 at 8:30AM for a funeral service at PCEA Neema Church, Nakuru East Thereafter, burial will be at the family farm at Marendeti near NYS Tumaini, Nyandarua County in compliance with Covid 19 protocols.
