MICHAEL THUO KANYARA

It is with humble acceptance of God that we announce the demise of Michael Thuo Kanyara after a short illness, briefly borne, that occurred on 15/11/2020, while undergoing treatment at The Nairobi Hospital. He was working at UNON Nairobi.

A loving husband of Nancy Ngenia Thuo Kanyara. Son of the late Biden Kanyara Njararuhi and the late Penina Wanjira Kanyara of Kangemi Nairobi County. Father of Vivian Wanjira Thuo and Lorrine Kimberly Wanjiru Thuo. Brother of Esther Wanjiku Gitau, Hortensia Waithira Mugai, Samuel Mwangi, David Kamande, the late Eva Mureithi and the late Ceaser Kariuki. Brother-in-law of Samuel Gitau, John K. Mugai and the late Alfred Mureithi, Stanley Hinga, the late Waiyego, the late Peter Mweri (Moon),Alice Maina, Wilson Gichiru, Stephen Iregi, Samuel Kionga, Patricia Wanjigi, Anastacia Nyambura Kamau. An uncle and grandfather of many.

The cortege leaves Lee Funeral Home on Tuesday 24/11/2020 for funeral service at PCEA Church Umoja at 10.00am and thereafter we lay the late Michael Thuo Kanyara at his home in Ruai.

Fare thee well Michael. In God’s hand you rest, in our hearts you live forever.
