MONICA WACU MUKABI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Monica Wacu Mukabi, which occurred on 4th September, 2021, after a long illness bravely borne.

The loving wife of the late Stephen Mukabi Githinji. Adoring mother of Ruth Mukabi, the late David Mukabi and the late Mary Githinji, Elder Paul Mukabi (PCEA Langata) and Dr. Mary Mukabi (MMU), the late Robert Gathuku and the late Loise Gathuku, Elder Peter Mukabi and Pauline Mukabi (PCEA UK Outreach) Elder John Mukabi and Joyce Mukabi (PCEA Mangu), Anthony Mukabi (USA) and Patricia Wanjiku, George Mukabi and Esther Mukabi (UK), Rev. David Thuku and Lillian Thuku (AIC (Africa Inland Church) Philadelphia Ruai) and Rosemary Mukabi (PCEA Lang’ata). Grandmother and great-grandmother to many.

Family and Friends will be meeting on Wednesday (8/9/21) and Friday (10/9/21) at all saints cathedral at 5.30pm each day. There are daily prayers at her Home near PCEA Mangu Nyamang’ara/ Kamwangi/Gatundu North.

There will be a memorial service on Sunday 12th September at PCEA Langata at 2.00pm.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home (Thika Branch) at 8.00am on Tuesday 14.09.2021 for a funeral service at PCEA Mangu Church, to be followed by burial at her farm adjacent to the church.
