He was Husband of Ramaben Shantilal Malde. He was Father of Trupti (Mina) Hemant Gudka, Alka Sanjay Shah, Rina Milan Shah (USA), Shareet Shantilal Malde (UK).

He was Father-in-law of Hemant Gudka, Sanjay Shah, Milan Shah (USA), Dhruksha Malde (UK). He was Brother of Late Prabhulal, Late Laxmichand (UK), Late Mansukhlal (UK), Kantibhai (UK), Late Jayanti (UK), Late Pravinlal (Batuk, Thika), Ratilal (UK), Late Chandulal (UK) and Mradula (UK).

He was Brother-in-Law of Maniben, Sushilaben (UK), Chandriben (UK), Jayaben (UK), Kundanben (UK), Muktaben, Pushpaben (Bena, UK), Champaben (UK), Manilal (UK), Late Amritlal & Ramaben (UK), Late Mansukh & Radhnika (UK), Praful & Chandriben (UK), Pushpaben (UK) and Ratilal.

He was Grandfather of Hilna & Shailesh, Tanuj & Hema, Sonia & Bill, Paayal & Hinish, Chaandni, Tanya, Kunali, Priyal, Late Khushiv and Krishn. He was Great Grandfather of Marra, Bijan and Reya. Prayer meeting will be held on Tuesday 10th February 2020 at Oshwal Centre, Ring Road, Parklands at 8:00 pm.
