It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Retired Teacher Mama Elizabeth Mbithi Nzoka, which occurred on Monday,

April 8th 2024 at the Veterans Mission Hospital-Syokimau after a long illness bravely borne.

Mrs Elizabeth was a remarkable soul who battled her illness with unwavering strength, determination and faith. Elizabeth was a daughter of the late Kimatu

Kulanga and the late Mwikali Kimatu, a step daughter of Elizabeth Kalekye Kimatu.

Loving wife of Retired Teacher Joseph Mbithi Nzoka of Nunga village, Wamunyu, Machakos County.

She was a daughter in-law of the late Nzoka Makau and the late Ndulu Nzoka.

A very loving Mother of Winfred Mwende, Wellington Nzoka, Wilberforce Makau, Jacqueline Mbula, Julliet Mwikali and Jeremiah Kioko.

Mother-in-law of Ronald Kisia, Faith Mutanu, Edna Kithei, Roman Kemboi, the late Patrick Kimeu and Mary Ndinda.

A doting grandmother of James, Gracy, Julius, Kipchumba, Elizabeth, Bridgit, Kipruto, Keilah, Chemutai, Mumbe, Sammy, Ruffina, Mumo, Jabali, Ariana, Robert,

Bernadine Sister of Josephine Muia, Syombua Muasya, Jackson Kimatu, the late Richard Kimatu, the late Faith Kimatu, Susan Makau and the late Georgina Kioko.

Step-sister of Peter Kimatu, Joseph Kimatu, the late Charles Muthuvi, Eunice Mbaika, Felix Kulanga, Kaluki Kimatu, Gregory Mutua and Alice Nthambi.

Sister-in-law of Jonathan Nzoka, Phillip Nzoka, Late Milcah Nyumu, Anna Mule, Late Mbolonzi Nzoka, Kilonzo Nzoka, the late Patrick Nzoka, the late Kinyili Nzoka

and Japheth Nzoka.

She was a cherished cousin of many as well as a dear and special aunty of many.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home –Machakos on Wednesday, April 24 th 2024 at 9.00am for the Nunga village home and from 10.45am a 

procession to Nunga primary school grounds for prayers and a farewell service.

She will later be interred at her home in Nunga village, Wamunyu. Friends and family are meeting daily at her home in Nunga along Kitui-Machakos road near Kwanthei Stage.
