MWALIMU JOSEPH KYATU MWAU

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mwalimu Joseph Kyatu Mwau that occurred on 4th September 2021 at Kenyatta University Hospital.

Son of the late Peter Mwau and the late Benedetto Kimithi. Brother of the late Mutave Nyamai, the late Mwithi Mwau, the late Jackson Nzalika, James Nzioka, William Muindu, the late Wilson Kimuyu, Mary Mumbua David, Antony Mwau and Rosemary Nthenya Samwel.

Husband of Beata Mukulu and Franciscah Mutu. Father of Jane and Peter Makau, the late Joshua and Margaret Musyimi,Seraphine Ndunge,Teresiah and Shadrack Mutuku, Irene and Patrick Musembi, Grace and Paul Mwau, Mary and Patrick Ngolany’e, Faith and Jackson Mutinda, Coletta and Stephen Musembi, Jacqueline and Robert Makenzi, Moris Katua, Benson Mwongela, Simon Mutuku, and Faith Museny’a. He has left behind twenty grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Hospital Mortuary on Saturday 11th September 2021 at 6am. The funeral service and burial will be held at his home in Kithangathini Village, Kilungu Location, Makueni County in compliance with the MoH Covid 19 protocols.

May perpetual light shine upon him through the Mercy of God.
