It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we Mbaa Ngila announce the demise of Mzee Obed Kitheka Muneene of Kawethei, Kangundo.

Son of the late Lazarus Muneene Ngila and Ruth Ndila. Step son of Maria Kiia. Husand of Agness Kanyilu and Anna Kanini. Brother of the late James Muthama, the late Daudi Kiilu, the late Isaac Kitonyi, the late Tabitha Ndungwa, the late Martha Mbulwa, the late Luke Kimeu and the late John Ndambuki. Father of the late Mueni, Tabitha, Naomi (County Police Commander – Bonnet), Eva, Flora, the late Sammy Mulwa, Ndinda, Mukui, Munyiva, Lazaro and Ndambuki.

Father-in-law of Patrick Mwikya, the late Francis Ichami, the late John Wambua, Stephen Njoroge, Damaris Sammy Ffibi Sammy, Elija Kamau, Prince Muthua, Patrick Mulwoto, Ann Lazaro and Faith Ndambuki. Uncle of Mutisya, Ngila, Ancent, Kieti, Muneene, Kamau, Wambua Muthoka, Mbugua, Mutunga and many others. Grandfather of Jossy, Judy, Wambua, Anita, Douglas, Albert/Chris, Robert, Agness Kanyilu, Ndila, Dianna, Millena, Dalphin and many others. Great grandfather of many.

The funeral meetings are taking place at his home in Kawethei and at the Salvation Army Central Nairobi.

There will be a fund raising on Tuesday the 17/3/2020 starting from 5 pm.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta university mortuary on 21/3/2020 and he will be laid to rest the same day at his home in Kawethei village, Kangundo sub county Machakos County.
