It is with profound grief and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely transition of Mr. Nicholas Cheruiyot Cheptiony on Tuesday, 2 June 2020 in Pennsylvania, USA following a fatal road accident.

Nicholas was the youngest child of the late Christine Chelang’at Kigen. Brother of Julius and Laura Cheptiony, Sammy Cheptiony, Caroline Cheptiony, Philip Cheptiony and Geoffrey Cheptiony. He was the loving uncle of Wesley Cheptiony, Wayne Cheptiony, Neema Chepkirui and Nathan Oira.

In observance of COVID-19 safety directives, there are no physical meetings taking place. Friends and family will continue liaising virtually through digital platforms.

The requiem mass is scheduled to take place on Saturday, 13 June 2020 at the family home in Ngesumin Village, Rongai Sub-county, Nakuru County followed by committal at the same venue.
