PATRICK CHEGE KARUNGU

It is with humble acceptance that we announce the death of Patrick Chege Karungu, at Aga Khan University Hospital on 14th December 2020.

Loving husband of Jerusa Karungu and son of the late John Karungu, late Lilian Wambui Karungu and late Phyllis Wanjiru Karungu.

Father of Andrew Martin Karungu Chege, Angela Wangeci, Steve Thube Karungu & Violet Njeri. Grandfather of Elizabeth Njambi, Patrick Karungu Chege, Paul Mwangi, Patrick Chege and Michael Ngunjiri.

Brother to the late Daniel Kamau and late Edah Njoki, Mary Wanjiku and late James Gacheru, late John Ngige and Penina inyanje, Late Henry Mwaniki and Margaret Wanjiku, Julia Wanjiru and late Charles Gichuru, Josephine Muthoni, Late James Githua and late Margaret Nyakiringa, late Henry Antony Mwaniki and Esther Nyokabi, Jane Muthoni and J C Njoroge, George Kamau and Serah Wairimu, late Cecilia Nyambura, Pauline Wambui and Moses Wainaina.

His body is lying at the Aga Khan University Hospital mortuary. Funeral service will take place at St. Francis Xavier Catholic Parish on Tuesday Dec 22nd from 9 a.m., after which he will be laid to rest at Lang’ata Cemetery.
