PAUL IKONYA NJOROGE

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we inform you of the promotion to glory of Paul ikonya Njoroge, which occurred on 22nd July 2021 after a long illness.

He was the father to our Executive Director, Mr. John Njoroge lkonya. He was the son of the Late John Njoroge and the Late Margaret Wangui. Brother to the Late Teresia Muthoni (Mwea); the Late Peter Kuria (Kiambu); Joseph Kiongo (Mwea), Jacinta Wambui (Nairobi), the Late Michael Njuguna (Mwea); and Gabriel Kimani (Mwea). Husband to Cecilia Wambui.

Son in law to the Late Joshua Murage and the Late Rakeli Wanjiru from Murubara Village, Mwea, Klrinyaga County. Father to Joseph Murage (Ernst and Young Alumni); Rachel Wambui (Juja); Margaret Wangui (MOH), John and Martha Njoroge (Paragon), Peter and Dorcas Kuria (Hot Air Safaris), Samuel and Emily Ndungu (Mwalimu); Lucy Wanjiru and Jeremiah Kanyita (KEBS). Grandfather and great grandfather to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Garden Estate, Nairobi starting at 5.00 p m. for prayers and funeral arrangements.

Requiem Mass will be held on Wednesday, 28th July 2021 at Madre Theresa Catholic Church, Zimmerman at I I.00 a.m.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home, Thika Road on 29th July 2021 at 6.30a.m. for burial in the family farm in Kiboya, Naromoru, Nyeri County.
