PETER KABAGE GATHUNGU

It is with great sorrow that we announce the death of Peter Kabage Gathungu on the night of 18th January, 2022 in India after a brave, long and courageous battle with Cancer.

He was the son of the late Timothy Justus Gathungu and Herodias Wandia Gathungu of Kagaa Village, Mugoiri location, Kahuro Division, Murang’a County. He was brother to Tony, the late Christine and John (Tosh).

Husband to Ciru, brother-in-law to Alote. Cousin to the Mwangis, the Munyis, the Nuthus, the Kabages and many others. Uncle to Liam and the late Ahadi amongst others.

Burial will be on 11th February, 2022 at Kagaa village, Mugoiri location, Kahuro Division, Murang’a County. The funeral will be at 11am and the cortege will leave Montezuma Thika road, at 9am.
