PETER NEHONDO ANZAYA

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing to glory of Mr. Peter Nehondo Anzaya, on 27/02/2021, at Karen Hospital -Nairobi, after a long illness.

Son of the late William Anzaya and Agneta Amwenya. Step-brother to Wellington Okwaro and Lea Ondeche. Son-in-law to the late Philip Anyonje and Irene Omuronji of Ematia Village – Kakamega. Brother-in-law to many. A loving husband to Lydia Ayuma Nehondo of Pioneer Phase 2 Estate. A loving father to Ephrem Nehondo (KCAA), Eric Nehondo (KPLC), Anselm Anzaya Nehondo (ABSA Bank), Pudenciana Nehondo (Ziara Travels), Romanus Nehondo (Bank of Africa (K) Ltd), Constantina Nehondo (Mabati Rolling Mills), Jackline Nehondo (Scale API) and the late Leonard Nehondo.

Father-in-law to Susan Mwangi (Kuza International), Elma Viteti, Donald Membo (I&M Bank), Margaret Wamboi and Meshack Amwata (BAT Kenya). Grandfather to Daniel Mvrangi, Nehemiah Nehondo, Fahari Membo, Michael Nehondo, Margaret Ayuma, Macarius Nehondo, Raymond Nehondo, Abigail Ayuma, Stamford Nehondo and Peter Nehondo. A relative and a friend to many.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at his home In Pioneer Phase 2 Estate, Hse72, and at their home in Butere, from 6.00pm.

There will be a requiem mass at Holy Trinity – Buruburu I Catholic Church, on Tuesday 9th March at 2.00pm.

There will be the main harambee at their home in Pioneer 2 Estate, on Sunday 7th March at 2pm to assist in paying the Hospital bill and funeral arrangements.

The cortege Leaves Montezuma Funeral Home – Nairobi, at 8.00am on Thursday 11/03/2021, for funeral service and thereafter, burial at their home in Butere, Kakamega County, on Saturday 13th March.
