It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of loving mum, Grandmother and Great Grandmother, Rabecca Mwikali Nthuka, which occurred on 6/2/2022.

Loving wife to the late Henry Nthuka Mbevi. Daughter to the late Kimeu Ithea and the late Minoo Kimeu. Sister to the late Mutiso Kimeu, Maleve Kimeu, Elizabeth Kavila among others. Daughter-in-law to the late Mbevi Ngwava and he late Naomi Mbesa Mbevi.

Mother to Joyce Mwina, Jackson Nthuka, Eliud Nthuka, David Nthuka, Alfred Nthuka, the late Angeline Kalewa and Josephine Kasiva Nthuka. Grandmother to Janet, Musyoki, the late Ngene, Minoo, Jerry, Pst Musyoka and Mutisya among others.

Mother-in-law to Francis Mwina, late Agnes Kimuyu, Peninah Kimuyu, Esther Mwongela, Maritha Mwongela, late Agnes Kamusa, Esther Makau. Sister-in-law of the late Justus Musyimi, late Laban Mbevi, the late George Maingi, the late Anna Mukinga, Serah Musyimi, Dorcus Mutavi and Phyles Maingi. A treasured aunt to Shadrack Mutavi, Joseph N. Musyimi, Jared Maingi and Kamanthe Mutie among others.

Niece to the Ngwavas, the late Reuben Musimba, the late Samuel Mutia, the late Japheth KImindu and the late Musembi Ngwava.

In-law to the late Mwina Mathithi, late Mbuta Muviti, Serah Wambua, Kyenze Mulinge, late Syima Ngondi, late Mutua Vuta, late Joshua Makau Kisina and late John Kithome Kioko.

Family and friends are meeting daily for burial arrangements at her home in Kavalya-eini village.

The burial is scheduled for 15th February, 2022 at Kitheini village, Mumela location, Kasikeu ward, Mukaa sub-county, Makueni County.
