RETIRED LAY READER AMON MBUGUA NJOROGE

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of retired Lay Reader Amon Mbugua Njoroge (Ithe wa John) of Kabuku, Ngecha, Limuru Sub-county, Kiambu County.

Husband to the late Naomi Wangari Mbugua. Father of Rachel Mbugua (late), Mercy (late) & John Kerosi, Damaris & Henry Kanyua, John & Florence Mbugua, Serah Mbugua(late), Faith & Peter Maina, Mary Mbugua, Jackson & Ann Karanja. Uncle, Grandfather and Great Grandfather to many. Son of the late Keziah & John Njoroge (Gakunia).

Brother to Damaris Mbugua, Sarah Muraga, Archbishop Manasses Kuria, Mary Kagia, Rachel Githire, Phoebe Njoroge,all late, and Rtd. Rev Gad Karanja, Margaret Kiratu and James Kuria. Son in-law to the late Rachel & Jackson Karanja (Ng’ondu). Brother in law to Benjamin Njenga , Jonah Mungai, Mary Wambui, Rebeccah Wanjiku and Josiah Gichuki all late.

Family and friends are meeting at his Kabuku home daily from 4pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Nazareth Hospital Mortuary on Thursday 14th October 2021 at 9:00am. Service at A.C.K St. John’s Church, Kabuku from 11:00 am and thereafter burial at his home, Kabuku.
