It is with a very heavy heart and deep sorrow that we announce the peaceful resting of our mother Risper Nyasiyo Masitta nee IMBO, on 17th November, 2020 after her 28-year survival with paraplegia and its resulting complications.

The first born child of the late Mzee Nyasiyo and the late Christina Ayieko Nyasiyo of Nyahera Village, Dago Location Kisumu. Wife of the late Samson Masitta, ACP. Beloved Mother of Victor, Chris, Elizabeth, Christine, Wycliffe, Michael and Antony. Mother-in-law of Leah, Salome, and Val. Sister of Elisha Okore, the late Naphtali Ogutu and Martha Nyasiyo. Daughter-in-law of Trusilla Ogoti. Sister-in-law of Peris, Kabinga, Jeria, Johnstone, Veronica, John, Josephine, Jane and Patrick and the Late Florence, Zablon and Kennedy. An Aunt of Irene, Evans, Benard, Cyrus, Robinson, Okeri, Naomi, Naftal, Sheila, Vane, Douglas, Gilbert amongst many others. Dotting and most loving Grandmother of Payton, Mikayla Reese, Prince, Benoni and Samuel.

The cortege will leave Tenwek Mission Hospital Mortuary at 07:00am, on Thursday 3rd December, 2020 and immediately followed by the viewing, funeral service and cremation at the Bomet Crematorium in Bomet County.
