Death of Ruth Mambo Ojwang

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Ruth Mambo Ojwang which occurred on 14th May 2020.

Beloved wife of Nobert Ben Ojwang Ofuwa. Devoted mother of Christine Adhiambo Ojwang, Andrew Omondi Ojwang, Kevin Otieno Ojwang, Roy Oduor Ojwang and Allan Odhiambo Ojwang. She was the daughter of the late Josphat Owunda and Christine Adhiambo Owunda.

Daughter in-law of the late Alex Ofuwa, Patricia Ofuwa. Mother in law of Stephen Karuga Kariuki, Kaindi Mitau, Elizabeth Aluoch Nengo and Emmaculate Neema Safari. Grandmother of Mary Wachari Karuga, Emmanuel Armani Omondi, Karen Neema Omondi, Nathan Ojwang otieno ,Gabriel Nengo Otieno, Roman Ofuwa Otieno and Ryek Fabrice Tehlo Oduor. Sister of Rt. Cannel Eric Owunda, Peris Achieng, Rhoda Awino, Caleb Owuonda, Japheth Owuonda, George Owuonda, Kenneth Owuonda, Wilson Owuonda, Edward Owuonda, Enoch and sister of many more Owuondas. Sister in-law of the late Vitalis Odero, the late Margaret Awuor, the late Mary Akinyi, Lucy Auma, William Adana, Julius Adero, John Onyango, Stephen Oyiera, Nick Adala and many others.

Cortege leaves Umash funeral home Nairobi County 7:00am on 22nd Friday 2020. Burial will be on Saturday 23rd May 2020 at their home in North East Ugenya, Ligala Sub-location, Siaya county.
