SAMSON KIHIU GATERU (MWALIMU KIHIU)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mr. Samson Kihiu Gateru (Mwalimu Kihiu).

Son of the late Francis Gateru Njuguna and the late Addah Nduta Gateru. Husband of Annie Wanjira Kihiu. Father of Francis Gateru, Addah Nduta Ndambuki, Hezron Muraguri, Esther Gathii, Jerusha Wanjiru Njihia, Lucy Muraguri, Anthony Njihia, and Susan Wanjiru Gateru. Brother of the late Rev. Samuel Njuguna, David Gakure, Jerusha Wanjiru Mwangi, Margaret Wanjiku Nyaga, Richard Mugo, the late Stephen Kahunga and the late Joseph Karuri and grandfather to many.

Friends and relatives meet daily at his rural home in Mutunguru Village, Gitugu and Jambo Grill Roasters, Thika Road, next to Blue Springs Hotel.

The cortege leaves Avenue Hospital Thika, on Friday, 27th November, 2020 at 7.00am for funeral service and burial at his home Mutunguru Village, Gitugu Sub-location, location, Kangema Muranga County at 10.00am,
