SAMUEL GATHOGO GIKUMA

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely death of Samuel Gathogo Gikuma.

Son of the late George Gikuma Kimere and Eunice Wanjiru. Husband of Rosemary Njeri. Father of George Gikuma and Evans Kariuki. Brother of the late Lucy Muthoni, Sister Rodha Nyambura, Grace Wanjiku Kamachu, Pastor Lilian Wangui Wanjohi, Mary Wangari Njuguna, Duncan Kimere, the late Jannefer Wanja and Purity Njambi.

Step-brother of Joel Kimere, Esther Nyambura Gichimu, the late Nicholas Macharia, Winnie Muthoni Mwangi, Nancy Wanjiku Mwangi, the late Mercy Wambui, Filomena Wangari Karanja, Alfred Maina and Lay-reader Anthony Kariuki. Uncle of James Gacheru and Ann Wangari Ng’ang’a among others. Son-in-law of Joseph Kariithi Ngari and Cathrine Wanjiku Kariithi. Brother-in-law of Stephen Ngari, Agnes Waithera, Grace Wanjiru and Nancy Waruguru.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home Landless Thika, at Eureka Highrise Hotel and at their rural home Rwathia farm – Nyahururu.

The cortege will leave Kenyatta University Referral Hospital Mortuary on Thursday 6th May, 2021 at 6.00am for funeral service and burial at his home Rwathia Farm – Nyahururu.
