SAMUEL MWANGI KIRUKI (MENYI)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the call to glory to our beloved Samuel Mwangi Kiruki (Menyi), which occurred on 14th, December 2020.

Son of the late Dishon Kiruki Gachucha and the late Monicah Wanjugu Kiruki. Son-in-law of the late Mr. Bildad Gatama & Mrs. Monicah Wambui. Loving husband of Nancy Gathoni Mwangi and a devoted father of Dishon Kiruki, Monicah Wanjugu, Ruth Wambui, Joseph Gachucha, Hildah Muthoni,Timothy Gatama, and Maureen Nyakio. He was the father-in-law of Beatrice Wanjiku, Samuel Maina, Daniel Kigondu, Phoebe Nungari, and Edward Thuranira.

Brother of Helina Muthoni, the late Phyllis Wangui, Julius Kariuki, Lydia Wangari, the late Hannah Wairimu, & the late Margaret Wanjiku. Brother-in-law of Mr & Mrs Javanson Munene, Mr & Mrs Erastus Gitonga, Mr & Mrs Ephantus Karunjugu, Mr & Mrs Harry Mugo and Mr & Mrs Peterson Githu. He was the doting uncle and grandfather of many.

Family & friends are meeting at his Nkoroi residence from 5pm-8:30pm, all COVID-19 protocols will be in place.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Hospital memorial on Tuesday 22nd December 2020 at 7 am. The funeral service will be at ACK St Peter’s Church Nguruini, Kiamuturi at 10 am and burial will take place at his farm in Kiamuturi, Mathioya Sub-county, Muranga County.
