SAMUEL WAWERU KIIGI

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of our beloved Samuel Waweru Kiigi on 9th June, 2021.

Loving husband to Rosemary Nyokabi Waweru. A doting father to Kiigi Waweru and Phyllis Wamaitha (Seattle, USA), Njoroge Waweru and Nelly Njoki (Kansas, USA), Nderere Waweru and Agnes Wanja, Kimani Waweru and Maureen Nzilani.

Brother to Hannah Wairimu Kungu, the late David Nderere and the late Franscica Mweru, James Gicho and Agnes Wangechi, Benjamin Manguru and Susan Waitherero, Elizabeth Njenga, Jane Wambui Gichohi and Stephen Gichohi, Joyce Muthoni Ranji & Stephen Ranji and Rachel Wanjiku Kiigi.

Grandfather to Tracy Wanjiku Nderere, Rosemary Nyokabi Kiigi, Keith Waweru Nderere, Waweru Kiigi, Shinnel Nyokabi Njoroge, Waweru wa Kimani, Allan Waweru Njoroge, Nyokabi wa Kimani, Samantha Nyokabi Nderere, Nathan Kamau Njoroge, Elizabeth Nyokabi Kiigi and Maya Wangari Nderere. Uncle to many.

Friends and family are meeting daily at his home, Kwa Mbari ya Igi, Komothai Location, Githunguri.

The burial service shall be held on at PCEA Komothai Church on 16th June, 2021 at 10.00 a.m and he will be laid to rest at his home in Komothai.
