STEPHEN MACHARIA CHEGE

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing on of our beloved Father Stephen Macharia Chege on 15th April 2024.

Son of the late James Chege and the late Michelle Wambui of Kangema Muranga County.

Husband of Jane Wairimu Macharia.

Father of Michelle Wambui, Caroline Nyathira, James and Sylvia Chege and Elizabeth Nyambura.

Brother of the late Joseph Githinji, Elizabeth Nyambura, Catherine Muthoni, the late Susan Njoki, the late John Maina, Mary Wanjiru, Daniel Kabiru, Sophia Wangeci, the late Peter Mwangi,

Zachary Mwangi and the late Pauline Waruguru.

Grandfather of Quincy, Tamira, Abigail, Kayla and Stephanie.

He was an in-law of the Ndorongo family, a cousin and an uncle of many. Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Muthaiga North from 6.00pm.

A requiem mass to celebrate his life will be held on Friday, 19th April 2024 at St Gabriels Catholic Church, Thome at 6:30pm.

The cortège leaves Kenyatta University Referral Hospital Mortuary (Northern Bypass) at 7.00am on Tuesday, 23rd April 2024 for a funeral mass at Saint Stephens Church,Watuha in Kangema,

Muranga County. Thereafter the burial will be at his farm in Watuha
