Wife to the late Peter Ikinu Mburu and daughter of the late Elijah Wambugu Chege and the late Edith Nduta Wambugu. Sister of Ruth Mweru, the Late Chege Wambugu, the Late John Wambugu, the late Joshua Mugo, the late Amos Maina, the late Samson Wanyoike and the late Mary Mumbi. Sister in law of the late Wanjiku Karong’oi, the late Sifira Muhwanga, the late Mwangi Migwi, the late Ruth Wangari and the late Hannah Njeri Matu.

Mother of the late Irene Waithera Gakumo, the late Samuel Mwangi Ikinu, Josephat Maina Ikinu, Agnes Wanjiru Mwangi (USA), Pastor Dorcas Rigathi (House of Grace Church), Oscar Wambugu lkinu (Tangaza Pesa), Evangelist Simon Chege lkinu and the late Nyambura lkinu. Mother-in-law of the late Gakumo Mwangi, Nancy Muthoni Maina, Hon Rigathi Gachagua, Evans Mwangi (USA), Nancy Wambui, Benedette Medi Mwangi and Milka Wamaitha.

Grandmother of Allen Mwangi Gakumo, Virginia Wambui Ngugi, Patrick Ikinu Maina, Kamau Maina, Teddy Ikinu Mwangi and Lindsey Fochtman Ikinu, Nyambura Mwangi, Prince Mwangi, Keith ii(11Rigathi, Kevin Rigathi, Ikinu Wambugu, Wambui Mwangi, Wambui Chege and Violet Chege.

Great grandmother of lmani Wanjiru, Maina Kamau, Kibugi Kamau, Muthoni Kamau, Wambui Kamau, Carter Mburu, Parker Mburu and Aaliyah Mburu.
