WILLIS OTIENO MAGANDA

It is with profound sadness that we announce the untimely death of Mr. Willis Otieno Maganda of State Department for Public Works, which occurred on 4th February, 2023 through a tragic road accident.

Beloved husband to Judith Adhiambo Ng’ani (Nyarongo) of Ministry of Education (HQ). Loving dad to Benard Owino Kisinju Maganda of Ambira High School and Adrianna Angela Otieno (Joy) of Tassia School.

Son of the late Dedan Maganda Abiero and the late Joyce Atieno Maganda. Brother to Paul Owino Maganda.

Son-in-law to Joseph Ong’ondo Ng’ani and Mary Anyango Ong’ondo.

Nephew to the late Augustine Riwa, the late Elkana Oduor, Jennifer Muruka Omolo, the late Walter Angule, the late Nay Achieng’ Onyando, Yuanita Riwa, Waitura Oduor, Judith Riwa of Yimbo and James Ouru Owende and Mary Warindu of Kabar, Kano.

Cousin to the late William Okoth, Lily Mwango, George Riwa, Millicent Odhiambo, Paul Owende, Eng. Kennedy Odhiambo, Jasper Odak, Chris Warindu, Geoffrey Warindu (MCA Miwani Ward) and many others.

Brother-in-law to Millicent Ong’ondo, Everlyn Ng’ani, Dr. Victor Ng’ani and others. A friend and uncle to many.

The body lies at Star Annex Parlour in Kisumu. Burial will be held on 04th March, 2023 at his home in Nyangera Village, West Yimbo Location, Bondo Sub-county, Siaya County.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his residence in Lucky-Summer Estate, Nairobi and at home in Nyangera Village.
