ZABLON OWIGO OLANG’

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that the family of the Late Honourable Zablon Owigo Olang’ (fondly known as Gogni), former MP Ndhiwa Constituency and former Assistant Minister Constitutional and Home Affairs, announce the peaceful passing of their beloved Son, Husband, Father, Brother, Uncle, Grandfather, Great Grandfather, Great Great Grandfather, Cousin and above all Patriarch, Friend and Community Pillar on 10th January 2021 at his home in Karungu.

He was the beloved son, of the Late John William Olang’ (former Assistant Chief) and the Late Catherine Genga Olang’ of Raguda Village, Karungu, Migori County.

Beloved brother to Councillor Margaret Olang’ of Mombasa, Roselida Adoyo, Julia Aje, Sipora Akinyi, Miriam Odundo, Loyce Aoko, Ezekiel Olang’, Joshua Olang’ and the Late Tom Olang’, the Late Gideon Olang’, the Late Joseph Okeyo Olang’, the Late Elisha Omori Olang’, the Late Bilia Ogallo, the Late Tabia Nyolambo and the Late Odira.

Husband to Syprosa Olang’, Jane Olang’, Janet Olang’ and Agnes Olang’.

The cortege will lie in state at his home on January 22nd and burial will take place on January 23rd, 2021 at his home in Raguda Village, Karungu, Migori County.

Friends and family are meeting at his home in Raguda, Karungu for prayers, funeral arrangements and fundraising.
