AURORA ADHIAMBO MBOYA

 April 1959 – October 2021

With humble acceptance of God’s Will, we announce the passing to eternity of our beloved and precious Aurora Adhiambo Mboya after a long and valiant battle with the damaging effects of Covid- 19 infection.

Daughter of the late Elmad Oyoo Mboya and Catherine Were Mboya. Sister to John, the late Michael, Joy, Andrew, Atieno and Aziz. Sister-in-law to Mildred, Andrew and Taraz. Loving Aunt to Cloud, Catherine, Grace, Zephaniah, Janet Joy, Tamara, Dij, Andalib and Lua. Cousin to many including JokaTocho, JokOjiem Malit, JokaNyonje and JokaMbuya. Faithful friend, colleague and mentor to many more.

A memorial service will be held at CITAM Woodley on Friday 8th October from 10am – 12noon, followed immediately by coffin-viewing and prayers at Lee Funeral Home from 1pm – 2pm.

Burial will take place on Saturday 9th October at a private event on the family property in Ngong, with invited friends and family only.

Covid- 19 protocols will be observed.
