It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce promotion to Glory of our beloved Doreen Ngina (Mukina) Itui, which occurred on July 5th, 2021, at Coptic Hospital, Nairobi.

Loving wife of Anthony Matenge Itui (Formerly of Ministry of Lands). Devoted mother of Oliver and Mercy Kyalo (Belgium), Nikon (Smollan) and Flora Mutungi (Mega LS), Eric Itui (SBM). Grandmother of Gavin and Leilani.

Beloved daughter of David and Anna!) Mutungi Makali of Kambi MaweVillage, Makueni. Daughter-in-law of the late Jacob Itui and Annah Muthini Itui. Sister of Rosins Mbithe, Isaac Itumodoseph Mbondo, Josiah Musyoka, the late Sammy Mumo and Titus Kitonga. Sister-in-law of Kisavi, the late Yangatu, the late Kivindye, the late Mueni, Cecilia, Nguma, Benedetti, Kawela, Susan, Anne, Rabecca and Janet. Aunt and cousin to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily for funeral arrangements at Machakos (Kenchic/ Snacks Inn) and at her Kako home, from 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves Montezuma. Funeral Home, Machakos on Friday July 16th, 2021, at 7.00am and thereafter a funeral service and burial will follow beginning 11.00am, at the family home, Kyaume Village, Kako Location, Makueni County. All Covid-19 protocols by MoH will be observed.
