ENID GICUKU KAMUTI

It is with humble acceptance of Gods will that we announce the passing of our beloved Mum Mrs. Enid Gicuku Kamuti who left us on 20th February, 2022.

She was a long-serving teacher who taught at among other schools; St. Mathews Kianjokoma boarding primary school as principal and St Magdalene Girls (Thigingi) where she retired.

She is the daughter to the late Obadiah Julius Nyaga and the late Alice Warue Nyaga of Kimuri-Runyenjes.

She is sister to Suzanne (Meru), Julius Muthee (Runyenjes), Mercy (USA), Michael (Formerly of Amedo Centre) and the late Noel Njagi.

She was the wife to Nicholas Mwaniki Kamuti, mother to Thomas Nyaga (Finsco Africa -Nrb) and Ellyjoy, Jeremiah Munene (Embu County Government). Caesar Mugambi (Jems Consulting) and Alice Stella Mwende (Stellar Physio-Nrb). Dotting grandmother to Jasmine Gatugi, Ryan Mwenda, jeanna Kendi and Whitney Gatwiri.

Auntie to Dr. Mugendi (UON), Dickson, Ken, Kivuti, Gakuya, Ian, Sarah and wawira Kamuti, Rev.Tippis; Cousin to Dr. Muthoni Njeru (Mater Hospital), Lucy Igandu Richard among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily at 4pm at her home Kianjokoma-Mairori, for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Gakwegori Funeral home-Embu on Friday, 4th March, 2022 at 9:30am for the Funeral Service at Kianjokoma Catholic Church from 10:30am.

Eternal rest grant unto her, O Lord, and let perpetual light shine upon you Mum. May your soul rest in Eternal peace. Amen.
