GENESUIS KITHINJI M’MURIANKI

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Genesuis Kithinji M’Murianki of Iruma village, Maara Sub-County,Tharaka-Nithi County on 15th Nov 2021. He formerly worked at the Ministry of Transport and Communication as a Deputy Permanent Secretary.

He was son to the late Joseph Murianki (Jusebe) and the late Regina Kangai. He was husband to Eunice Kainyu Kithinji (KKIT Health Services, Ongata Rongai) and Mercy Karimi Kithinji of Iruma. Father to the late Mercy Karimi Omondi, Dr. Margaret Kagendo, Dick Joe Muriithi, Rachel Gakii, Claire Kendi, Joseph Mutuma and Mary Joy Kanana. He was grandfather to James Odhiambo, Katherine Makena, Tedeschi Gitonga, Sara Wamuyu and Marina Kithinji.

Funeral arrangements are ongoing at their home in Iruma village.

The cortege will leave St. Anne’s Funeral Home in Egoji on Friday 26th November 2021 at 0900hrs for Holy Mass at Iruma Catholic Church; and thereafter burial at his -home in Iruma.
