MWALIMU FLORENCE WANJIKU NYAGA

It’s with sadness that we announce the passing of Mwalimu Florence Wanjiku Nyaga, that happened on the 24th December 2020 at the MP SHAH Hospital while undergoing treatment.

She was the Daughter of the Late James Kibunja and the Late Esther Wakonyo.

Wife of the Late Douglas Nyaga Kahuri of Karura Ka Nyungu; Kiambu District.
Mother to Ian Kahuri and Nellie Kahuri, Lilian Wangui, Esther Wakonyo Ng’ang’a and Ng’ang’a Kamau (Mwalimu), James Kibunja and Rose Wambui.

Grandparent to Eric Ng’ang’a, Kieran Ng’ang’a, Angel Ng’ang’a, Douglas Kahuri, Wendy Kahuri, Douglas Kibunja, Frank Kibunja and Florence Kibunja.

Sister of Wambui, Nyaguthie, Njau, Njeri, the late Njunge, Chege, Karanja, Njoroge, Jane, Nyambura.

Funeral arrangements are being held at her home in Karura ka Nyungu.

The Funeral service will be held on the 2nd January 2021 at the Parklands Baptist Church from 10.30am, thereafter the burial will take place at her home in Karura at 2.30pm.

Due to the Covid- 19 Pandemic, strict GoK regulations at funerals will be observed; Church attendance has been limited to 100 people, there will be a live streaming at home in Karura.
