RUTH NG’WONO OKUDO

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on to glory, of our beloved Ruth Ng’wono Okudo, the last born of the late Rhoda Okudo and the late Melkizedeck Okudo.

Sister to the late Sophia Miriam Opiyo Okudo, the late Ben Okudo, Atieno Okudo, Eunice Omolo, Paul Okudo, Alice Okudo, Rosemary Swao and Hellen Okudo.

Aunt to Mel Okudo, Barka Okudo, Pauline Omolo Ochieng, Steve Omolo, Rhoda Omolo, Diana Omolo, Miriam Fiona Okudo,Yvonne Swao, Rhoda Swao, Sindi Swao,Aliceba Swao, Boaz Swao, Onyango Obiero and Humphrey Omondi among others.Sister in law to the late Dr. James Swao and Danson Omolo.

Grandmother to James Swao and many more.

Niece to the late Ezekiel Gwala and the late Zadok Ojai. Cousin to Fred Opiyo Gwala, Daudi Gwala and the Gwalas, Caleb Ojal, Joshua Ojal and the Ojals, Boaz Asewe and the Asewes, Clarke Adhiambo Opiyo, Allan Jacob Onyango, among many others.

The Fundraising meeting will be held at the All Saints Cathedral Nairobi on Wednesday January 20, 2021 at 4.00pm.

A memorial service will be held at the All Saints’ Cathedral on Thursday, January 21, 2021 at 12noon.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral home at 11am. The burial will be in her parents’ Kisumu Migosi home on Monday, 25th January 2021 after the funeral service at St. Mark’s Migosi Church from 10am.
