SAMUEL MWANZIA MAKAU

It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Mr Samuel Mwanzia Makau that occurred on Thursday 10th June 2021 at Kenyatta University Referral Hospital.

He was a loving husband to Doris Gateria Mwanzia of Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital. He was son to the Late Thomas Makau Makuthi and Anna Twili of Kilome, Sakini Village, Mukaa, Makueni County. Son in law to the late Maria Karithoni from Kithoka, Meru. Loving father to Ann Ndanu Mwanzia of JKUAT and Tom Makau Mwanzia of Cooperative University.

Brother to Peter Muli Makau of MTRD, James Mutio Makau and John Ng’olanie Makau. Brother in law to Howard Munene, the late Martin Kirima, Duncan Mugo, Charity Kinanu, the late Mary Mull, Lucy Muli and Damaris Ng’olanie. Uncle to Mark, Ann, Milan, Ashley, Bill, Nelly, Sam, Joseph, Damien, the late Celestine, Natasha, Bishop Mwangangi and Rev. Simon Ngiki among others. Cousin to Joseph Kioko, Dan Maangi, Zachary Nzuve, Philip Muli among many others.

There will be a fundraising today Wednesday 16th June 2021 at his residence in Kamula, Sir Henry starting at 5.30pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Referral Hospital on Friday the 18th of June 2021 at 7.00am for a funeral service and burial on the same day, at his home in Mwanyani, Sakini village, Mukaa Location, Makueni County.
