ANNAH WAYUA KIMAILE (MUTHOKI NGUMI)

It is with great sadness and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Annah Wayua Kimaile alias Muthoki Ngumi, our mother, grandmother, great grandmother, spiritual icon and friend to many on the 11th November, 2021, after a short illness bravely borne. Born in 1914, to the late Manda Mwai and late Mwite Manda.

Wife to the late Kimaile Maithya. Sister to the late Philip Manduu, the late Joseph Yumbya, the late Peter Nzyoki, late Benjamin Kimeu. Mother to the late Timothy Kimaile, the late Priscilla Kangwele, Esther Nthamba, Joyce Ndulu, the late Rhoda Nduku, Veronicah Mwikali, Scolasticah Mueni and Bernard Mutinda.

Mother-in-law to Angeline Muendo, Josephine Mutinda, Simon Kisyanga, the late Boniface Kimondiu, the late Joseph Munguti, Late Onesmus Kimangu, the late Paul Mutua and the late Thomas Gaya. She left behind 90 grandchildren and 290 great-grandchildren.

Friends and family shall hold a Fundraising at Garden Square Hotel, on 17th November, 2021, from 5:00pm.

The cortege will leave Makueni Funeral Home on Friday, 19th November, 2021 at 7:00am (time), for burial at the family home in Musingini Location, Kalawa, Makueni County.

Mama Annah, you have fought the good fight, finished the race and kept the faith. May God be with you till we meet again at Jesus’ feet. Amen!
