We regret to announce the death of Dr. Zachary Oigara Kebati of Kisii University and formerly principal, Bishop Mugendi Secondary Mesabakwa.

Son of the late Mzee Samwel Kebati Ogenche and mama Aroisa Kerubo Kebati. Husband of Beatrice Nyabonyi Rambui. Father of Angela Nyakerario (Riati Kisumu), Immaculate Pendo (FAWE Nairobi), Patience Nyanduko (Uzima University) and Girton Samwel Kebati (Zetech University). Brother of the late Peter Oriero, Susan Nyambuche, Samson Ogenche, the late David Ndege, the late Paul Nyaanga, Emelda Kemuma, the late Maurice Kiage, Joseph Makworo and Mathew Gitaye. Son-in-law of Mzee Joseph Rambui Orene and Keresensia Moraa Rambui.

Brother-in-law of Paul Mainga, Carren Ogenche, Florence Oriero, Agnes Ndege, Olpha Nyandieka, Lilian Nyabiage, Elizabeth Nyatichi, Francis Rambui (KCB, Kilgoris), Calen Rambui, Gladys Kambi, Emelda Nyambeki, Leonida Biyaki, Dominic Omboto (Qatar), Evans Nyamache, Haron Nyamache, Mishael Nyakwara, Enock Amboga, Bethwel Asiago, Caleb Nyandieka, among others. There will be a requiem mass at his home Kenyenya today, 19th November, 2020 from 9.00am. The cortege leaves Kisii Teaching & Referral Hospital Mortuary on Friday 20th November, 2020 for burial on the same day at his home in Kenyenya, Kisii County.
